Baby cockatiels for adoption in Elmira, New York

We have a few baby cockatiels up for adoption. Each will come with hatch certificate. Wings have been clipped. They are about 3 months old. We believe 3 females and 1 male. Will have an adoption contract to be signed before they leave to ensure proper home. Please text or call for more info.
